Every burger, salad and sandwich we make starts by working closely with our network of sustainable farmers & partners. With their help, we have created a menu that is over one-third vegetarian and plant-based. To put into perspective, below is our yearly number of organic produce they have picked for you!

At Bareburger, we label our menus with V’s (vegan), GF’s (gluten free) & N’s (contains nuts), apply alerts in the POS and use separate grills, fryers, gloves, containers & surfaces to ensure guests are protected against allergies or dietary restrictions. Also, we have this pretty sweet Allergy Chart that you can look at any time. Just ask a server!
Our red meats include beef, bison, the impossible & the beyond burgers. We cook them to medium, but you can always have it any way you’d like it. Rare to Well Done, we got you!
We serve a 100% organic blend of brisket, chuck & short rib from Vermont Country Farms in Shelburne, Vermont. Our beef is grass-fed, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, humanely-raised and 80% lean.
If you like beef, then you’ll love bison! Our bison is similar in taste & texture to beef, leaner than beef and has a sweet & peppery flavor. Bison meat has enough calcium as one glass of milk, & as much potassium as a banana. Bison meat is a low-fat & low-cholesterol meat. Since Bison are grass fed they have distinct flavor & almost negligible marbling. It is rich in iron & protein & is healthy for the heart. Horns sold separately.
Let’s just say you’ll want to “gobble” this burger up. Yeah we went there. Our all natural, cage free, ground turkey is a blend of thigh meat which makes for a richly flavored, delicious burger. Hold the stuffing!
Who you calling chicken? All of our chicken is free range and our buttermilk fried chicken is made using boneless thigh pieces, while our panko & grilled lemon chicken use breast tenderloins. We are committed to sourcing only chicken certified by the Global Animal Partnership (GAP), and require all chickens to be processed in a manner that avoids live-dumping and live-shackling, and instead utilizes a pre-shackle, multi-step controlled-atmosphere processing system by 2024 that are widely hailed as more humane. In any case, we’re making sure you get the tastiest chickens out there!
Have no fear, they’re not gone forever! They’ll come back and make special guest appearances, but in general we replaced them on the menu with more sustainable, more exotic “meats”, made from plants. See the impossible & beyond burgers.

While our gluten free bun isn’t vegan (it has egg whites), it is all natural, gluten free & soy free containing sorghum flour, tapioca starch, teff flour & amaranth flour instead of wheat. It may be the greatest gluten free bun you’ll ever have. We think so.
We used to, so what happened? Well, we paid someone else to do the cutting and now they are always perfect and delicious. Wanna fight about it?
All our fried items are cooked in Non GMO expeller-pressed canola oil. Since it’s not genetically modified, this oil provides a better option for more nutritious cooking. The oil has been expeller pressed, meaning that it has been extracted by a mechanical process rather than a process involving chemicals. Wow, that’s a mouthful! Simply put; if it ain’t pressed, it ain’t clean. Any questions?
Bareburger’s vegan, house-made creamy slaw is made with napa & green cabbage, red onions, carrots, radish, cucumbers, celery seeds, vegan mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt & pepper. Put it on a burger, put it on the side, pair it with a glass of wine from Napa Valley. We don’t care, go crazy!
Our Vegan American cheese is primarily made with a traditionally fermented soybean curd called Chao originated by the Vietnamese. It tastes great, so Chao down!
This is our ooey gooey, house-made cheese sauce made with aged cheddar, organic american cheese, organic milk, salt and sugar. You can pretty much put this on anything!
It’s a secret, move along! Our special sauce is a mix of ketchup, mayo, mustard and a special blend of “secret” herbs & spices. What’s not so secret about it? It tastes like gold.
Wham Bam thank you ma’am! This sauce is a mix of our smoke sauce & buffalo hot sauce that hits you in the mouth and sweetens your soul. Enjoy at your own risk.
So what are the 7? 1. Thyme, 2. cumin, 3. paprika, 4. coriander, 5. cayenne, 6. ginger & 7. pepper. We then mix that into our organic Bareburger ketchup and there you have it; 7 spice thai ketchup. Dip an onion ring in it, I dare you!
Do you really want to know? JK its honey (sweet!), maple syrup (sweeter!) & butter (duh!). Now toss some buttermilk fried chicken in it and you might wake up in heaven.
Do you like high fructose corn syrup? Neither do we! We only use sodas that are sweetened with cane sugar & contain natural flavors & extracts.
Have you tried a vegan milkshake? It might change your life, just saying. Our vegan milkshakes are made using the most delicious coconut milk based ice cream & hemp milk. It won’t get you high, but it will take you places!
Do we! At this point, over half our menu is vegetarian friendly and we have over 30 vegan options on our main menu alone.
